Delete Your Pledged Account
You can permanently delete your account inside the Pledged mobile app or request deletion here if you no longer have access to the app.
Delete in the app
Open Account Settings, select Permanently Delete Account, review the consequences, and type DELETE to confirm.
Request deletion without the app
Email us from the address used for your Pledged account. We may ask you to verify account ownership before completing the request.

What happens
- Your authentication account and associated app data are removed from active Pledged systems.
- Limited payment, tax, fraud, security, or dispute records may be retained when legally required, as explained in the Privacy Notice.
- Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Subscriptions must be canceled separately
Deleting your Pledged account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel the subscription in your Apple or Google account settings to prevent future renewals. You may delete your Pledged account immediately whether or not the subscription has expired.
